We had another great technical presentation during our April
meeting. We had a good turn out and all of you should have learnt
from the expert Mike Ault. Mike had driven all the way from
Atlanta for this presentation and had to drive back to Atlanta to
handle a production issue the one of their customers. We are
grateful to Mike for taking the time from his busy schedule and
doing this presentation.
IOUG Update:
IOUG was excellent, while the number of attendees were less
compared to the previous years, due to the current economic
conditions and other conferences being held in the country at the
same time. The topics presented where all excellent. All
presenters demonstrated their experience and research findings and
how they solved some the problems encountered working in this
professional world of ours. Next year IOUG will be closer to
Charlotte, it will be held in Orlando, Florida during the month of
April-May 2003.

May Meeting:
The meeting in May is going to be another great event. The
presenter is Gaja Vidyanatha. I have and I am sure many of you
have also heard Gaja speak at many conferences, his topics are
based on a great amount of research and are well presented.
>From my experience I would like to add a personal grantee that
this would be a presentation, worth attending and I am sure we
will learn a great deal form this expert on Performance and
Tuning. It will 2 hours of great learning. Don't miss this
topic!
