Hello Members,

We have understood from the survey that everyone who attended the March Seminar, by Dr. Paul Dorsey, enjoyed and learnt about JAVA, JDeveloper and the future directions of JDeveloper from Oracle Corporation. 

Here are the seminar survey results - 54 attendees completed the survey of which 

Under the Services area; for the OVER ALL SEMINAR category, 22 attendees gave a rating of excellent and 30 attendees gave a rating of Good.

 Under the Education/Seminar area, for the OVER ALL QUALITY OF PRESENTATION; 18 attendees ranked the presentation has excellent and 33 attendees ranked the presentation as Good. 

Under the Technical content of the seminar, 41 attendees ranked that the content was JUST RIGHT.

Topic: Tuning when you Can't Touch the Code This presentation covers the situations where a DBA doesn't have access to the SQL code which is causing performance problems. The presentation deals with internal and external factors that the DBA can manipulate to improve performance without altering source code. 

Presenter: Mike Ault Mike 

Ault has worked in the IT industry for 22 years. For the last 12 years he has dealt exclusively with Oracle databases systems in the area of DBA and tuning. Mike is the author of nearly a dozen books on Oracle has contributed to several others. Mike is a frequent presenter at Oracle conferences throughout USA and Europe. Mike is fully OCP certified through 8i. Mike is a senior technical management consultant with TUSC - The Oracle Experts.
